Frequently asked questions about made-to-measure suits

1. About the suits

a. How much does a suit cost at SuitArt?

Made-to-measure business suits are available from CHF 1,200. There is a fabric for every need, including very fine cashmere and silk.

b. How long does it take to make an outfit?

The normal production time is around 4 weeks. As the fastest bespoke tailor in Switzerland, SuitArt can also make your suit as an express order within 10 working days, for CHF 400.

c. Who tailors the suits?

SuitArt suits are cut and sewn by the Italian tailor family Lucente. A large share of the added value is Swiss Made.

2. About the service

a. What happens if the suit or shirt does not fit?

We make the adjustments on site within a few days. The adjustments cost you nothing, which is why SuitArt gives you its satisfaction guarantee.

b. How long does the measuring take?

The measuring itself takes about ten minutes. How long it takes to choose the fabrics and design the suit depends on how clearly you already picture your suit. You can choose everything in as little as 25 minutes. To enjoy a coffee and look at everything at leisure, allow about 60 minutes.

c. Do you also offer home or office visits?

A SuitArt consultant can also visit you at home or at the office. This service is free of charge. If you visit one of our stores, you will see far more suit cuts and fabrics.

3. General

a. Do you also sell vouchers?

4. Company / entrepreneurship

a. Can I invest in SuitArt?

Yes. SuitArt is a Swiss company on a growth path. It was the first company in Switzerland to be financed by crowdfunding, and private individuals can still buy shares.
